Practice Administrator – Facilities & Procurement

Crystal Williams began her career in dentistry as an expanded functions dental assistant (EFDA) and quickly advanced through various roles, including hygiene coordinator, office manager, and director of operations. She joined Monticciolo Family & Sedation Dentistry in December 2022, starting as a treatment coordinator before moving into office management and ultimately her current role as practice administrator overseeing facilities and procurement.

Providing a Welcoming Environment for Patients

Crystal’s passion for dentistry began in first grade, when a visiting dental hygienist sparked her lifelong interest in oral health. That early inspiration grew into a career centered around patient care and operational excellence. Although she now works behind the scenes, Crystal takes pride in supporting patients indirectly by ensuring that each office runs smoothly and provides a welcoming environment for every visit.

Outside of work, Crystal stays busy with her four children and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
