Michelle Miller

Regional Manager

Michelle Miller brings more than 35 years of experience in the dental field, beginning her career as a dental assistant before expanding her expertise into all areas of practice management. She joined Monticciolo Family & Sedation Dentistry in 2017, starting at the front desk and steadily advancing to her current role as regional manager.

Throughout her career, Michelle has been passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health while ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and compassion. Her leadership and dedication play a key role in supporting both patients and team members across the Northern Monticciolo locations.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her three dogs—Maybelle, Gizmo, and Kaiser. A proud Tampa Bay Lightning fan, she rarely misses a chance to cheer on her hometown team.
