Nancy Attia

Director of Operations

Nancy Attia is the director of operations at Monticciolo Family & Sedation Dentistry, where she leads the operational strategy and day-to-day management of more than a dozen offices across the Tampa Bay region. With over 15 years of leadership experience in the New York metropolitan area prior to relocating to Florida, Nancy has built a strong reputation for driving operational excellence, financial growth, and patient-centered service within large, multi-location healthcare organizations.

Ensuring an Exceptional Patient Experience

At Monticciolo Family & Sedation Dentistry, she oversees key areas including revenue cycle management, HR strategy, compliance, and marketing, while mentoring and developing high-performing teams of regional managers and office leaders. She has spearheaded initiatives to standardize processes, strengthen financial performance, and enhance the company’s community presence—ensuring sustainable growth and an exceptional patient experience.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in biology and a master’s degree from Rutgers University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and is a proud mother to her daughter.
