Dr. George is a practicing general dentist in the state of Florida. Dr. George spent his childhood in a small town in New Jersey where he attended grade school. He moved on to complete his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University- New Brunswick in 2015. He then completed his DDS degree at the New York University College of Dentistry in 2019, where he graduated top 20 percent of his class. While living in the city, Dr. George enjoyed the lively atmosphere but also took advantage of the dense population, serving the community through a program called “Smiling Faces Going Places” where he would go around NYC and treat people in a mobile clinic.
Dr. George then completed a general practice residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx, New York in 2020. There, he learned all the different disciplines of dentistry, including surgical extractions and implants in the oral surgery department, endodontics, periodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Dr. George is also a member of the American Dental Association.
In his free time, Dr. George likes to play soccer, go bike riding, and hiking with his wife. He loves Philadelphia sports and is a passionate fan. He also enjoys pleasant walks on the beach with his wife and his dog.
Dr. Robert Bonser is a distinguished graduate with a bachelor’s degree in biology from Florida State University. His academic journey continued with a master’s degree in Biomedical Science and a Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Throughout his educational tenure, Dr. Bonser showcased exceptional leadership as the class president and earned accolades such as the Service Award for his dedication to initiatives like Super Sealant Saturday, Oral Cancer Awareness Walk, and Give Kids a Smile.
At Midwestern University, Dr. Bonser honed his skills with a keen focus on high quality, modern, and aesthetic dental techniques. After graduation, he made a strategic move to the Tampa/St. Pete market to be closer to family, where he has been making a meaningful impact ever since.
Dr. Bonser is committed to staying at the forefront of his field, exemplified by his completion of the Dawson Academy’s mini residency, a comprehensive program encompassing over 100 hours of continuing education in advanced techniques and esthetics. His active involvement in professional organizations, including the Academy of General Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, West Coast District Dental Association, and the American Dental Association, underscores his dedication to ongoing education. Through these affiliations, he has received advanced training from world-renowned authorities in restorative, cosmetic, rehabilitative, implant, and orthodontic care.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Bonser embraces an active lifestyle, sharing it with his wife Whitney and their golden retriever Breck. They recently welcomed their firstborn son, adding a new chapter of joy and fulfillment to their lives. Driven by a commitment to excellence, Dr. Bonser continues to elevate dental care standards while savoring the precious moments of family life.
Dr. Persad’s journey in the field of dentistry began with the attainment of her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, complemented by her earlier pursuit of a Bachelor of Dental Science from Oxford Dental College in her hometown of Bangalore, India. Dr. Persad cultivated her skills and experience through years of dedicated practice in India and South Carolina. Her years of dedicated practice reflect her strong commitment to community service, including free dental care through initiatives like Mission of Mercy.
Dr. Persad’s empathy stems from her personal experiences, as she underwent dental trauma during her own childhood. This insight enables her to connect with her patients’ anxieties, addressing them with compassion and understanding. Dr. Persad enthusiastically enjoys all aspects of dentistry and takes great joy in working with patients of all ages. She particularly treasures forging lasting connections with her patients and teammates.
Beyond her dedication to dentistry, Dr. Persad and her husband wholeheartedly embrace the coastal lifestyle. They relish in the tranquility of beach days and delight in activities such as snorkeling and kayaking, all while savoring our community’s different culinary offerings.

Dr. Shaw earned his undergraduate degree in dental hygiene and psychology in 1984 and 1985, and then proceeded to obtain his dental degree all from The Ohio State University in 1989. After graduation he completed a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.
Work Experience and Associations
Dr. Shaw has been a practicing dentist for the last 33 years after completing his residency and then moving to Florida. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and has been a charter member of the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
As a dentist, Dr. Shaw strives to make each dental experience with patients as comfortable as possible and believes in helping each patient understand any care they are looking to have completed.
Dr. Shaw has been very involved in his community volunteering either with his children at school or church and has volunteered with the Florida Baptist Convention in providing dental care to those in need, and with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Foundation in providing dental services to survivors of domestic abuse.
Out of the Office
Away from the office you’ll find Dr. Shaw reading, at the beach, on a bike ride, or enjoying time with family. Dr. Shaw and his wife have five beautiful children and two grandchildren.
Dr. Duvert earned her dental degree at Howard University in 2004. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
While in dental school, Dr. Duvert was exposed to mission work. This enabled her to really appreciate her patients’ dental issues and to keep improving on skills to meet their needs. As Dr. Duvert often says, “you could never be fully dressed without a smile.”
Dr. Duvert was born in Grenada, but has been in the Tampa Bay area since 1992. She volunteers during her off time providing dental care whenever she can.
When not pursuing dentistry, Dr. Duvert spends time with her husband and two amazing boys. She enjoys traveling and meeting amazing people from all different walks of life and cultures (especially on a daily basis while treating patients).

Dr. Wade earned his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. His undergraduate study was in the field of Microbiology. Prior to joining Monticciolo Family and Sedation Dentistry, Dr. Wade practiced general dentistry for over 25 years in the Brandon/Bradenton areas. His extensive professional experience assures patients they are receiving the highest level of compassionate dental care.
Dr. Wade is dedicated to his work and strives to remain on the cutting edge in the delivery of dental care. Throughout his career, he has studied and taken continuing education courses from some of the leading authorities in the dental community. Dr. Wade provides all aspects of general family care, with a special interest in creating beautiful smiles. For the comfort of our more anxious patients, Dr. Wade is fully trained to safely sedate you. You can have your dental treatment completed while you peacefully relax.
Dr. Wade enjoys a proud family heritage as a fifth generation Floridian. He grew up in Hillsborough County and currently resides there with his wife, Christine. He is the proud father of three children. Dr. Wade enjoys college sports and is a long-time Florida Gator supporter, attending their events as often as possible. Additionally, Dr. Wade appreciates the great outdoors and enjoys traveling with his wife and children.
Dr. Ruppel earned his doctoral degree in dental surgery at the prestigious Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago, followed by additional post-doctoral work in academic and clinical settings. He has been practicing in the Tampa Bay area since 1995. His goal is to help patients get the most effective care available for optimal oral health and a great looking smile.
Dr. Ruppel and his wife, along with their three children live in South Tampa. He enjoys all activities outdoors, especially fishing. He tries to attend and support all of the professional Tampa sports teams and is also a passionate supporter of his Michigan State Spartans. He also enjoys spending time and traveling with his family.
Dr. Lake earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Howard University in Washington, D.C. and completed a Post-Doctorate General Practice Residency program at New York’s Bronx Lebanon Hospital, where he was Chief Resident. He earned a B.S. Biology degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Dr. Lake is a member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association.
I was raised in San Diego, California where I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from San Diego State University. Upon completion of my undergraduate degree, I moved to Cleveland, Ohio to attend Case Western Reserve University Dental School. While at CWRU, I was President of my class for 3 years as well as Student Council Treasurer for 2 years.
In addition, I was awarded the Paul P. Sherwood Award for excellence in Endodontics, The International College of Dentists Award and a Health Professionals Scholarship from the U.S. Army. After graduating CWRU with my Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree, I entered the U.S Army as a dentist. During my military career, my focus in dentistry turned more to Endodontics. After four years as a Captain in the Army, I accepted a residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
I received my Certificate in Endodontics after the two-year program. I moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1997 and have practiced the specialty of Endodontics in both private and group settings. My affiliation with Monticciolo Sedation and Family Dentistry began in 2006. Over the years, the demand for my specialty has continued to grow along with Monticciolo Sedation and Family Dentistry’s growth. I became the full-time staff Endodontist in 2018. My training and experience allow me to provide excellent care for the patients I treat.
Fadi Fares, DMD Dr. Fares began pursuing his career at the Antonin University where he earned a degree in Dental Laboratory in 1988. He then moved to Tampa to attend the University of South Florida, and received his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1991. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University in 1995, and was the recipient of the Organization of Teachers of Oral Diagnosis Award. Prior to graduating, Dr. Fares chose to do his externship at the US Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT, and had the opportunity and privilege to provide dental care to cadets and military retirees.
Dr. Fares is certified in moderate parenteral sedation by the Florida Board of Dentistry, and works directly with the medical community to ensure that his patients receive the most positive outcome possible. He has transformed thousands of smiles, and is known for his utmost attention to the finest details of his cosmetic procedures. To bring exceptional care to his patients, Dr. Fares attends numerous continuing education seminars, staying up-to-date on the latest technology and materials that modern dentistry has to offer.
